They were also drills that he did during his high school playing years but had forgotten. My son is a coach to a group of high school students who really needed discipline not just yelling and he told me that the drills found in the box kept them focused and improved their game.
Good for teenagers but not for youth.HArd to read.Too much bragging about former legends.Good drills though.
